Refund policy
All jewelry pieces are final sale. If any of your jewelry pieces arrived broken or damaged, we will replace them (if we have another one in stock) or issue you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.
Since the jewelry is handmade, minor imperfections are inevitable. We will not exchange or refund any item for this reason.
Please be aware of the materials listed in the description when ordering. Please note that brass can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions to metals.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item arrived defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
