Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States only via USPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

No International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses or international locations.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages Once your order leaves our studio and is accepted by USPS, it is no longer within our control. Laura Lee Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delivered to an incorrect address.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim or speak with your Postmaster or Mail Carrier for assistance.
